Electronic Navigational Chart
An Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) consists of digitized data which conforms to the IHO’s S-57 ENC Product Specification. It records all relevant charted features necessary for safe navigation, including coastlines, bathymetry, buoys, lights, and so on. This is the most common type of electronic chart products which Composer is typically used to display, create and update. IHO website - click here.
